Five Minutes walk from Morzine town centre.
Ground Floor Studio Apartment sleeps 4. There is a King Size sofa bed, and a Coin Nuit "Bunk Beds in Hallway". Technically it sleeps 4 but it can sleep 6 as there are two fold away chair beds.
A small equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Induction Hob and Combi Oven.

Winter Season this is a ski in Apartment. 

For Ski Season there is a locked Ski Locker Room in the building.
In the summer for Mountain Biking there is a seperate locked storage room for Bikes. Buggies can also be stored here.

For Ski Season access to Ski into the Apartment is via Piste B, which is on the Pleney side of Morzine and starts at the top of the Pleney Lift.

A child friendly Apartment with easy access to Gardens.
Cot & High Chair available on request.
